Ebb and Flow
Ebb & Flow is a wearable emotion-sensing project that explores how physiological signals can be used to make anxiety more visible and understandable. I designed and built a system that integrates heart-rate, galvanic skin response, and temperature sensors with a locally hosted machine learning model to predict anxiety in real time. The device streams data to a custom Python backend and displays live feedback through a Streamlit dashboard.

This project combined electronics, signal processing, and full-stack development, and also taught me how to work around real hardware constraints to achieve stable readings on a microcontroller. Beyond the technical implementation, the goal was to create a tool that helps users build self-awareness by giving tangible insight into how stress manifests in the body.
